This week I wanted to redo my pantry but I needed to order a few things to make it happen. So while I waited on them to arrive, I to decide to make over the kitchen island storage. I put up these small shevle on the side of the island a few months back. They are perfect for my spices. I have two more on the front of the island that hold my oils, baking powder and soda also my salt.
Under the sink I layed down some shevle paper to hopefully brighten up under my sink. When I pulled everything out I found that I had eight bottles of dish soap. I keep buying it thinking I'm out but now I think I have anough to last a year or two. I also found two extra glass cleaners and a tub of stainless steel wipes I was about to buy more of. I guess what I'm saying is dark cabinet look great but they can be black holes on the inside. The baskets I found at Walmart for five dollars each. They fit really well and hold everything nicely.
In the three drew I decide that the sliverware devided drew that was on top would be moved to the bottom and I would store my dish rags and sponges in it. I when to the dollar tree and got some things to help organize but I wish I would have measured because, as you can see it didn't fit quit so well as I would have liked.
So getting organize in the kitchen island is now marked off my list! The other thing we did was, we tryed a new to us restaurant in Greenbrier Arkansas called Camino Real Mexican Restaurant. It was good, there is better places but It wasn't the worst. I did really like the enchilada sauce" or "red chile sauce, but wasn't a fan of the meat mixture. Most likely because of the bell pepper. I you like bell peppers than you may really like it. The steak fajitias was good, I did really enjoy the grilled onions with the steak meat. The queso dip was a little disappointing. Although it wasn't bad, it just wasn't as good as I have had at other places.

Edit: Next week I hope to take a day trip with Robert to see one of the Arkansas state parks. I Also will be doing resreach on Alaska and the Counrty of Albania.
